Most of us live with a voice in our head that never stops talking. It critiques, plans, replays, and tells us who we are and who we’re not. I call this voice the narrator. It helps us survive by scanning for threats — but when it takes over, life shrinks into loops of worry, judgment, performance, and control.

This publication is for anyone who feels caught in those loops and wants a way back. Each week I share science, cultural wisdom, and diverse practices for softening the narrator and living in attunement — with yourself, with others, and with the world.

I’m Curtis — a Harvard psych grad, psychedelic support line volunteer, and now a social work student. All of my paths point to the same truth: when the narrator softens, life opens wider, freer, more connected, more alive — life In Attunement.
